I signed up for 14 day bootcamp 6AM each day!!!!!!! It’s a killer workout … What is the best thing to drink at 5:30 AM before I start and also afterwards ??

Hi Everyone, excited to have discovered so much new information and a place to share all this. On a separate note as I am outside US & Canada (Australia) I can’t purchase the earthshift products (in particular Fulvic Acid as I would like to obtain a real product and so much nasty stuff online) would you look at delivering to Australia in future Dr Cassar? Thanks 🙂
