My husband has a pocket knife that he says he’s had since he was 18. But, it’s had 7 blades and 2 handles. But, its the same knife, he insists! So if every cell in our body is renewed every 30 days or 2 years or 7 years depending, are we really the same person on the outside? We have a major body shift every 7 years, and our DNA can degrade each time, if we don’t eat, sleep, excercise and take care of ourselves, we will get a blurrier, damaged version of the previous body. Conversely, if we do all we can to stay healthy, we will look and feel better 7 years from today!
