Original Healthy Recipes 7 years, 2 months agoVEGGIE BURGER PATTY (HOMEMADE). (I backwards engineered those frozen ones in boxes):
Shred (Mostly) Potato, Add Carrot, Green Beans, Corn, Bell Peppers, Red Onion. Season with Himalayan Salt and Coconut Sugar, Season with freshly grated Ginger, Cumin, Tumeric, Mustard Seeds. Aloha Dr. Cassar! It’s been a long time for me. Hope everyone is well :)) Well, what’s new. I’ve been making yogurt with GCmaf and simple, one grape wines. I can tell I am clogged, in spite of doing gwashing and coconut oil and ferments. I tried Bravo yogurt (50 strains of bacteria) and stopped using the ferments to see if there is a difference.
