WATER FASTING GREEK SOUP BROTH. Made some QUICK Greek Avgolemono (Lemon Rice) soup: In a serving bowl, layer some cooked white rice, shake in some Greek seasoning blend (I’ll provide recipe) , a lemon slice, olive oil, coconut oil, black olive broth, chicken bouillon cube, sole salt. ALOHA! DO YOU LIKE GREEK FOOD? I made some vegetarian Pastitsio for my husband and my supper, and at the same time made a soup from it to have as broth when I am on my fasting hours. I will share recipe soon! Instead of hamburger, I used red beans, black beans, and black eyed peas with some beef flavoring that I baked and crumbled.

DO YOU LIKE MAYONAISE? Its made from boiled egg, lemon juice and oil and spices (salt,tumeric and paprika I believe). I’m going to try to make some with Coconut Oil. If I find a good reliable recipe, I will share! Boiled eggs are surprisingly dis solvable in lemon. Its almost instant.
