The crackers were delicious. They smelled like coconut pizza while cooking. I didn’t have a food dehydrator and after a whole day of a warm oven and then 20 minutes per side at 350 degrees, they were sort of like pita bread with crispy edges. Wow. Today I started some flax crackers and a banana ferment. I don’t have a food dehydrator. Wondering if I can keep the oven on low and keep turning it off for 5 hrs? I’ll have to see how much they cost and get one. Now that I am water fasting I have so much spare time on my hands it’s ridiculous.
