OK, this is random, but I heard that if you have an AM radio with a long antenna, turn it on between stations so you get static and then sweep the room with it and if you hear it change to a more pleasant “white noise” it is pointing out a listening device in the room.

GUESS WHAT. My husband’s favorite place to sit in our living room to watch TV is showing 300 microteslas! The penultimate in our whole house! Maybe because he is sitting over a cell charger, has a land line on either side of him, a reading lamp, his cell phone, 3 remotes, is 15 ft. from the Wifi box and of course the 40 inch tv is 12 ft. in front of his face. Behind the wall he sits in…Read More

nefratiti, I am sure glad you will be on here more 🙂 I was feeling kind of lonely and I need the support, too, so I don’t fall back into my old bad habits. I was very low last night ;/but determined not to give up! I feel like a rat fink not using earth shift products but I couldn’t afford to get them all in the same month. I’m sure I will be even more into it when I do!

Maybe you need to add some water to it? Maybe you have an allergy to something you put in it? I had to make mine with almond extract since I didn’t have any vodka. It was too strong for my face so I added some magnet water. When I used it undiluted under my arms and it made a rash and swelled. You really have to rub hard with a towel to get the results he had. I am doing it every night…Read More

I love Plum Wine so I’m going to see if I can use the Japanese recipe and substitute a probiotic ferment for the yeast. Looks like all they do is get a big glass cylinder (in every home, apparently) and layer green plums (whole) with sugar, and pour in vodka and yeast and wait 8 months (I think they said). Plums turn red and then brown, and the liquid turns pink. Some recipes add…Read More

I am making a “shift” in my meals. More and more without meat. Gonna see if I can figure out how to make Tofu (myself) as a meat substitute since I’ve just been using eggs and beans (happily). I have a whole freezer full of meat and don’t know what I will do with it, except my husband won’t give it up.

It’s really a quest isn’t it? In May I am ordering my earth shift products. I’ve had to improvise with unsafe substitutions but I still feel better and better! Blessings!

DON’T TRY MAKING CREAM CHEESE WITH EXPIRED MILK. It smelled awful!

Forgotten ingredient! Sugar. About 1 T. in the cooking water. You’re not supposed to heat Stevia (I don’t think) but maybe it could be added to the RAW beans before serving.

Garnish tip: you can make a tiny mountain of white rice on top of the cooked red beans.
Athena Creamer posted a new activity comment 7 years, 7 months ago
TIP: if you want to de-gas the beans, add a pinch of baking soda to the cooking or soaking process. Vegetarian tip: It takes 2 proteins (like beans and rice) to make a complete protein. Flax crackers or pitas would probably count.

If using cooked recipe and served hot over rice, make sure there is a lot of juice. That’s the best part!

Athena’s Red Beans and Rice~ Bear in mind I cook this, but I’m trying to adapt for a raw diet here and HAVE NOT TRIED the alternative! (could the RAW CHEF do that?)
Soak 1 lb. dried red kidney beans overnight or boil in 12 c. waterfor 1 hr., let set for 1 hr., and cook for about 1 hr. or until soft(I put 2 aspirins in the water to soften quicker because I don’t have my fulvic acid) 2 c…Read MoreAthena Creamer and Yesenia Ramos are now friends 7 years, 7 months ago

Dr. Cassar, ARE THESE NUMBERS BAD? Android Users! I found Ultimate EMP Detector, a free App on Google Play. My side of the bed with the 1990 LED Stereo clock radio is 86 microTeslas. Husband’s side with 2 chargers, Smart phone, and a LED clock is 120. The WIFI box is at 130. The highest reading in the house is right between the Smart Refrigerator and Normal Oven and aimed toward the W…Read More

Until I can get some Earth Shift Products organic cacoa chips for the skin protocols and for eating, I found a push-up stick of 100% cocoa butter for $1.50 at a Dollar General. The brand is Queen Helene, just like I remember using in High School. Here is an image: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Queen-Helene-0680876-Cocoa-Butter-Moisturizer-Stick-1-oz/25988384. The “organic” jar of Cocoa…Read More
