Kindly share with me the knowledge of how I can solve this problem in the colon which has been here, I know realize for over a decade.
I am 100% raw fruits and vegetables for over 2 weeks now, along with exercise and meditation.

I also have started my first batch of sunflower seeds sprouts and garbanzo peas sprouts in hemp sachets . Very excited for waiting on my first earth shifts products order. Need more vegetarian dishes . Trying to educate my teenage son on this path.

He is vitamin B deficient. I don’t wanna over do it on him. I want to start making orders for the minerals and supplements and make him smoothies and juices .
