I joined, been watching videos and going to have an Earth Shift Kitchen (not as big as yours but will make it work). Thanks for all the info because I have a condition that is atrophying my body basically. I’m doing better each time I change up the ladder. Thanks!

I am done w/ 9 days fasting, so what is next? 21 days of liquid? does the 21 days count start over or including the 9 days of fasting?

What liquid and how much should I be drinking? What are the minderals that I should re mineralize my body w/?
