Good luck with it, I am on my first week and this all really resonates with me. Totally agree with you, growing your own produce is a big part of changing the lifestyle.

Hi Everyone, excited to have discovered so much new information and a place to share all this. On a separate note as I am outside US & Canada (Australia) I can’t purchase the earthshift products (in particular Fulvic Acid as I would like to obtain a real product and so much nasty stuff online) would you look at delivering to Australia in future Dr Cassar?
