Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Kindly share with me the knowledge of how I can solve this problem in the colon which has been here, I know realize for over a decade.

I am 100% raw fruits and vegetables for over 2 weeks now, along with exercise and meditation.

I guess I don’t need to relate how much suffering this chronic condition has put me into, you probably know.

Please help me solve it !
