Dr. Robert Cassar 10 years agoI have started a week ago my transition from vegetarian to vegan. I also have started my first batch of sunflower seeds sprouts and garbanzo peas sprouts in hemp sachets . Very excited for waiting on my first earth shifts products order. Need more vegetarian dishes . Trying to educate my teenage son on this path.

Pet Health & Terrain Modification 10 years, 1 month agoA mix of diatomaceous earth, digestive enzymes and barley grass powder added to dog food every night for about 2 months can help break parasite cycles.
Also take all pet bedding and put it out into the sun often to kill parasites/bugs, and dust the pets down with diatomaceous earth.

I was living on protein shakes with bananas and spinach, which I feel was not clean enough to get the proper effect.
