Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 11 months agoHi! I have a portable steam sauna, will that be sufficient for me for at least the short term? I pump ozone and essential oils into it. I have had a FIR sauna in the past, but need to save up for another.
Dry ones are better than steam but if it produces a sweat and opens the skin than it should be fine for the short term …. keep an eye out on ebay for FIR saunas… thats how i got mine as i was able to pick one up for less than half price
