It’s now summer in Melbourne Australia , my home town. What an abundance of fruit, so lucky right:) I have small fruit garden consisting of tomatoes, green peppers, spring onion, and lots of Qcumbers. I have a feeling growing your own food is one of the best things ever. Watching my garden grow this year has been very rewarding. Harvesting even more. And sharing the harvest with friends and family just as much. I have feeling growing your own is a big part of terrain modification. Sometimes i think who has the time to grow your own food, but after a lifetime of store bought crap, i make time now. Because the more time i make for growing my own the more time i will have on this earth. Anyway
Terrain modification for me is hard , i have been stopping and starting , and stopping and starting for about 4 years.
I get 2 to 3 weeks up, or even 2 to 3 months up, fully clean an i mean no Starch , flesh , dairy ,synthetics nothing just fruit . and then all of sudden well you know to well if you have tried to change your ways. Cheese and bread crumbs everywhere. what a mess. I always say after this fast im never going back to cooked food, no compromises but the thought of that one last taste is very cunning and once i have a taste its on im cooked for weeks. i have feeling this time is different, im sick of stopping and starting and stopping and starting i really want to see how far i can go. Thanks Cassar you and your team are a big help. Ill keep u posted on whats working for me down under.

    • Good luck with it, I am on my first week and this all really resonates with me. Totally agree with you, growing your own produce is a big part of changing the lifestyle.
