    Question. I have done the 21 day terrain modification protocol several times but with mixed results. After a recent physical, I have increased my fat % even though I run and workout daily as well as drink liquids. Anyone find difficulty in following and seeing results?

    • I am in the beginning of my 1st protocol. But the key is not to see it as a protocol but as a way of life. Becoming vegan (gosh, never thought i say that word) and using the sauna for gwashing has changed my vitality and vibrations( again… never thought i’d say that word in connection with me) and given me more energy. It has also increased my mental acuity. One cannot gain weight out of thin air. Sooooo.. it is what you are puttin into YOUR body that needs to be examined.
