Thank you Robert, I am so grateful for all the work you have done to alchemically figure out these simple solutions, protocols and ingredients to modify our terrain and return ourselves to optimal health. I was raised in the mountains of northern California without electricity, my family built our own house, grew our own food and harvested our own water, this lifestyle imprinted a self sufficiency and a knowledge of my own nature that can never be erased. This is the reason why I believe your protocols and knowledge of how to be your own doctor are so aligned. I believe in today’s society, it is essential that we educate ourselves on how to care for and heal ourselves. The western medical system has its place in terms of diagnostics and acute treatment, but unfortunately the doctor’s are rarely educated or available to help people really improve their health, or the quality of their lives. Getting to the root of our physiological, emotional, mental or energetic dis-ease is ultimately our own responsibility and the best way I’ve found to learn how to do this is through personal experimentation and education with mentors.
