Sauna tactics 9 years, 3 months agoHey guys, why aren’t these forums more active? Well anyways, my face is about 3-4 shades darker than my inner legs and inner arms. Anybody else have darkened skin from years of sun damage? I want to go out in the sun tomorrow so I want to skin clean… My main concern is getting my face lighter from all the sun damage but I will do my body as well. Any suggestions? Maybe like only 10…Read More

Sauna tactics 9 years, 7 months agoI used the sauna for gwashing on Saturday, and again on Sunday. My skin was SO tingly. It was UNFREAKINGBELIVABLE. I had just joined on Friday and spent the day absorbing videos. I have a beer belly that has bedeviled me for 3 years. When I came across Dr. Cassar’s video about ‘beer bellys’ and viewed it I knew in my ‘gut’ pardon the pun he was totally correct. I ingested about 6 videos…Read More

Travis IW started the topic How long can you use the sauna? in the forum
Sauna tactics 9 years, 9 months agoWhen I started I could handle 20-30 minutes, now I can handle about 30-40 minutes. I sweat pretty damn good as well. How long could you do initially? How long can you do now? Did you sweat properly in the beginning?

Sauna tactics 9 years, 9 months agoI’ve gradually increased the amount of time I can handle in the sauna. Interesting to see the videos on Earther Academy, some people you wouldn’t expect can handle a lot longer in the sauna. I could barely handle 30 minutes, but lately I have been pushing it to 40-50 minutes. I’m going to be doing the sauna more often, at least a few times a week, and I want to do a cleanse of using the…Read More

Sauna tactics 9 years, 9 months agoAfter the sauna it seems logical to me that holding some seaweed in your mouth and letting the minerals absorb into your glands would also be valuable.

Sauna tactics 9 years, 9 months agoI just accidentally bit into an oregano oil capsule and got it all in my mouth! Eugh haha, oh well probably healthy for mouth glands. It wasn’t that bad.

Sauna tactics 9 years, 9 months agoI enjoy having a fresh vegetable juice after my sauna. I typically add trace minerals, fulvic acid and apple cider vinegar to my juices to take them to the next level. This is a great way to remineralize after sweating it out in the sauna.
I also like to take a cold shower after the sauna.
Also a cool way to do skin cleaning is to buy some white cotton socks and use those instead of a…Read More

Sauna tactics 9 years, 9 months agoJust sprayed magnesium all over myself, a few spots stung, but after a few seconds the stinging was gone. Going to clean skin, go in sauna and sweat it out. I’m going to be taking oregano oil/cayenne oil/peppermint oil in a capsule, as well as having vitamin b3 niacin before going in.
