I’ve started distilled water and urine therapy about two months ago, one gallon a day and dropped all salt (inorganic) and my lips and cheeks turned a pretty rosy color, and I am 52. I only have eye make-up on. I find it difficulty to fast, but I did manage 36 hours of fasting with great results. Thank you Dr. Cassar, your sharing has helped me tremendously in my journey in this maze.
