did anyone get to find Dr.Cassars video on removing the brown dots on skin. Dr.cassar may you make a short video regarding this, past couple weeks looks like ive gained plenty more.

I’m going to have to agree with David. Typically you just want to drink at least one ounce of liquid per lb of body weight. I switch it up all the time between the yerba mate, plain distiller water, hibiscus, blue green algae, and kombucha. Basically, just as much liquid as I can drink or at least remember to drink during the day 😛
