Dr. Robert Cassar 9 years, 9 months agoI read that Chlorealla is really good for you. Everytime I take it I get sick and feel verynauseous. Why do I feel this way? Does anyone else feel like this?

Travis IW started the topic How long can you use the sauna? in the forum
Sauna tactics 9 years, 10 months agoWhen I started I could handle 20-30 minutes, now I can handle about 30-40 minutes. I sweat pretty damn good as well. How long could you do initially? How long can you do now? Did you sweat properly in the beginning?

I could barely handle 30 minutes, but lately I have been pushing it to 40-50 minutes. I’m going to be doing the sauna more often, at least a few times a week, and I want to do a cleanse of using the…Read More

Sauna tactics 9 years, 10 months agoAfter the sauna it seems logical to me that holding some seaweed in your mouth and letting the minerals absorb into your glands would also be valuable.

Sauna tactics 9 years, 10 months agoI just accidentally bit into an oregano oil capsule and got it all in my mouth! Eugh haha, oh well probably healthy for mouth glands. It wasn’t that bad.

Sauna tactics 9 years, 10 months agoI enjoy having a fresh vegetable juice after my sauna. I typically add trace minerals, fulvic acid and apple cider vinegar to my juices to take them to the next level. This is a great way to remineralize after sweating it out in the sauna.
I also like to take a cold shower after the sauna.
Also a cool way to do skin cleaning is to buy some white cotton socks and use those instead of a…Read More

Sauna tactics 9 years, 10 months agoJust sprayed magnesium all over myself, a few spots stung, but after a few seconds the stinging was gone. Going to clean skin, go in sauna and sweat it out. I’m going to be taking oregano oil/cayenne oil/peppermint oil in a capsule, as well as having vitamin b3 niacin before going in.
