Sun Gazing Protocols 11 years agoReally sad today in Texas (Jan1) because it’s raining, 36 degrees and will be this way for the next 48 hours. I really miss the sun and will now have to wait a few more days to get my first healthy sun gaze of 2015.

Sun Gazing Protocols 11 years, 1 month agoI sungaze every day during my morning walks. I like to be on the trail during the first 30 minutes of the sunrise. I stop a few times and sungaze (glasses off) for 5 to 10 minutes. While sungazing I am deep breathing through my nose while being a in mindfulness state. I know of no better way to start my day and really feel great after each sungazing.
