Sam: thank you for answering me. it s sad none answers questions because I bought from him a steam water distiller that costs $540 and I can’t use it.

The levels do not coincide so The filtre can not be conected to the bottle as you show on your website, can you send other bottles that are at a lower level or send another machine, what do you suggest I do?
