Here is my recipe for “magnet water.” I guess it makes it more alkaline which the body likes, and it is sparkling clear. We have well water (140 ft. deep) and a whole house salt filtration system. I don’t have a Sauna. I will have to look into local hotels that offer spa memberships. Maybe see how much they cost to buy or for my husband to build. This will take time. Being a slightly impatient do it myselfer, however, I initially thought I can steam the bathroom and use a heater, BUT the wallpaper will peel off! Not good. (I am moving this from my initial posting when I joined). 🙂 Today I started some flax crackers and a banana ferment. I don’t have a food dehydrator. Wondering if I can keep the oven on low and keep turning it off for 5 hrs? I’ll have to see how much they cost and get one. Hello!
I combed the shop and cannot seem to find the tools to cleanse the skin (spoon like tool) that Dr. Cassar used after the sauna. Could someone kindly help me find it? Thank you so much.
