Sauna tactics 8 years, 9 months agoI enjoy having a fresh vegetable juice after my sauna. I typically add trace minerals, fulvic acid and apple cider vinegar to my juices to take them to the next level. This is a great way to remineralize after sweating it out in the sauna.
I also like to take a cold shower after the sauna.

Sauna tactics 8 years, 9 months agoJust sprayed magnesium all over myself, a few spots stung, but after a few seconds the stinging was gone. Going to clean skin, go in sauna and sweat it out. I’m going to be taking oregano oil/cayenne oil/peppermint oil in a capsule, as well as having vitamin b3 niacin before going in.
