    WATER FASTING GREEK SOUP BROTH. Made some QUICK Greek Avgolemono (Lemon Rice) soup: In a serving bowl, layer some cooked white rice, shake in some Greek seasoning blend (I’ll provide recipe) , a lemon slice, olive oil, coconut oil, black olive broth, chicken bouillon cube, sole salt. Heat in microwave. OPTIONAL if you are cooking a larger amount in a saucepan also boil with some chopped carrot, chopped celery, and add an egg yolk that has been well blended with some hot soup separately and stirred into soup. Also, soup can be thickened with some melted butter and flour mixture. Serve with Greek salad if desired.
