Making the first batch of blue green algae water. Does anyone know how to store the concentrate after the 2 day brewing period. Do you leave it out on the counter or do you refrigerate it? Thanks in advance.
Aloha, Christopher! I’m guessing Dr. Cassar leaves it out on the counter, but I read that refrigeration stops or slows down fermentation (with yeast). When you find the answer, will you please share? Mahalo!
