    I enjoy having a fresh vegetable juice after my sauna. I typically add trace minerals, fulvic acid and apple cider vinegar to my juices to take them to the next level. This is a great way to remineralize after sweating it out in the sauna.

    I also like to take a cold shower after the sauna.

    Also a cool way to do skin cleaning is to buy some white cotton socks and use those instead of a towel, it is much easier to use because you don’t have to grip the sock as much. Put the sock on like a glove.

    • I wanted to make the spa drink Dr. Cassar had, so I mixed my magnet water with lemon slices, Milk of Magnesia (nonbrand Dollar Tree unflavored so I added just vanilla and Stevia), 2 aspirins, 1/2 niacin capsule and Stevia. It looked like frosty lemon gatorade and much healthier!
