I use my two person far-infared sauna at least once per week; owned for about seven months. I’ve got it up to 155 degrees for about an hour and feel the immediate benefit, but in the beginning I could only last 35 minutes at 130 degrees. Your money is well spent, and resale is good also. I found a three person for almost half price of new, but I’ll stay with the two person for now. To get more FAR action to my feet, I pthe, uI’ve placed two small wooden boxes with lids, about 11″ H x 6″ L x 6″ W with loose fitting lids in which I store my guasha tools.
Oops! (typo above) I place one box in front of heating element on opposite sides, and rest my feet on top the box. Also, I use 1000 grit wet or dry sand paper by 3M to sharpen the edges of the guasha spoon and one of the rectangular tools. Cheers, Larry
