Everyone please educate yourself on B-12 from Cyanocobalamin ( Cyanide ) vs. B-12 Methylcobalamin ( Natural )

Mike Adams Health Ranger doesn’t play around. He has his own lab and lays rubber to the road. Cyanocobalamin isn’t extremely bad but it is a poison never the less and effects those who are more toxic or unhealthier than others. So why take it. Just stick with nature.

Best of health to all. Love, Steve

    • Been getting anexity over the b12 issue. I even took 1 sublingual tab under my tongue today for the FIRST time since going on my RAW diet a few months ago. Internet is so full of MIXED information. Seems like everyone advocating for it doesnt seem to eat 100% raw living. The ones that say its not nessecary are the ppl who seem most legit and seem to have eaten COMPLETELY RAW for 10+ years. Now there is me. I wouldn’t say im a pro and 100% raw as I still use some salad dressings when im forces to etc. 95% of the time im raw but do I need b12? I almost always stay away from suppliments but even Cassar recommends them….. What to do? I dont have great medical insurance I dont have the ability to check my blood every 2-3 months. Thanks for the Info Steve. I will look into it.

    • I know what you mean. I try to keep it simple. .5 to 1.0 mcg daily is a good target. Of Methylcobalamin B12 found in raw foods naturally

    • Healthy probiotic maintenance is key. Daily Kombucha and Tapache. Bacteria give us the vitamins we need. Fermentation. So I make ferments like Dr Cassar and add them to my salad or on top of quinoa. Point is, We have to eat so, let the food we buy or grow be the ones with the nutrition benefits. Kill two birds with one stone. Buy food with the vitamins and won’t have to buy the vitamins. Because we know how to ferment these veggies to really get those vitamins “growing”. Ripe foods have had the time for the good bacteria to ferment and process vitamins. I buy local organic produce every 2-3 days. Ripe fruit smoothies in the morning and fermented greens with fresh greens in the evening. Of course superfoods sprinkled on top. I’m 47. Been rewriting my diet for 18 months now and seriously NO MORE standard western diet for me. And I have more energy than 20 years ago. No lie. It takes a couple weeks of rebuilding B12 benefits to the body so go a little heavy on the B12 supplement for a couple weeks to boost levels while building your diet regimen containing B12. Last but not least keeping good energy in our environment is best. Preparing our meals in a good mood, playing good music and having fun makes life great…I’ve seen too many bad meals from bad moods and it’s just not necessary. Love… P.S. If we’re meant to have it, Mother Nature will give it to us, right?
