Tomorrow morning I wing my way to Hilo for Omizu Medical Sanctuary (TM Retreat Hawaii) I need the mentor ship and the hands on protocal experience that I may lead by example for friend and family. I’m using a portion of my retirement money and investing in my body. The infrared sauna is available anytime, if not already in use, for persons staying at the retreat. Doctors’ Mari Sawai and Robert Cassar are gracious and welcoming, and if you arrive at the Hamakua Coast of Hawaii, and would like to say hello, keep in mind: this retreat that is private, and for patients whom need to detach from distractions from electronics thru foods and emotions (visitors may compromise this isolation, I understand the maximum number of patients is eight). I don’t assume that they have a one-day-spa-day to try the sauna, Earther member or not, but send an email to Dr. Mari . . . She also teaches a “hot” yoga class in Hilo. Anyway, if I couldn’t afford the retreat, and was in Hawaii, I would definitely drive by for the view if visiting is not available, and explore the surrounding fauna, waterfalls and beaches.
