Greetings Dr. Cassar and Earther Academy community. Have you actually seen receding gums regrow and repair without surgery? I have receding gums, and they are getting worse despite using your toothpaste and mouthwash recipes and protocols. I’m wondering if my meal-style/diet is the issue, and not my oral hygiene protocols. Most dentists and doctors say it’s not possible to regrow gum tissue, but I’m hoping to prove them wrong. Any help at all is greatly appreciated!
