Yay! I discovered how to leave a comment & ask a question finally!! I would to hear what others have to say about personal saunas, and if they would recommend those personal portable saunas that are sold on Amazon for around $100 to $300. I watched many video reviews on those saunas on Youtube, and wasn’t too impressed, but I would like a review and testimonial coming from the perspective of an Earther. People have said that those flimsy personal saunas on Amazon have a great deal plastic vapor that you inhale when the the construction material gets hot. I wonder how healthy that is? I also wonder if anyone has built their own small inexpensive 1 person wooden far infrared sauna?
I am really interested in getting things going and getting a sauna, but am concerned about the money, as I have already spent a great deal trying to stock my Earther Kitchen. Not rich. I hoped I would be able to go back to work once I got healthier. My point, is that it is a big investment for me, and I don’t want to waste my time and money on a mistake. I am kind of handy and wouldn’t mind trying to build my own DIY Sauna. If anyone feels like they have a moment to share some tips, I would really appreciate it. Thank you, in advance, for your time.
