Hi,
I have a question regarding the hair regrowth and hair thickening recipe.
4 oz of Pure Coconut Soap (I use Dr. Bronner’s)
3-4 oz of Light Roast Strong Brewed Organic Coffee
1000-2000mg of Niacin (1-2 grams) – Do not use Niacinamide
1-2 tsp of Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C)
1/2 tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate
2 tsp of MSM
1-2 tsp of Magnesium/Silica Combination Ionic Trace Minerals
2 dropper fulls (30 drops or so) of Fulvic Acid (add copper wire to the Fulvic Acid)
1 tsp of Liquid Sole Salt (I use only Himalayan Salt)
15-20 drops of Rosemary, Clove and Sage
20-30 drops of Lugol’s IodineCan you use more than 4 0z of pure coconut soap or Castile Soap? I saw in the video he uses more to yield more uses (he says its enough for a year) and in the recipe it says 4 oz which is not a lot.
If I keep the rest the same except the castile soap and increase that it should be okay right?
I just made the recipe you listed above. The only difference is I used 17 oz of Dr. Bronner’s Castille soap. As I am writing this I just got out of the shower and washed my hair. My hair feels oily or like it has a film in it. Doesn’t feel that clean. I brewed 4 oz of organic lightly roasted coffee. The only difference is I did it espresso style. I did not percolate the coffee. I wonder if this is what made my hair feel this way. I thought it would feel lighter and more clean. Any thoughts on this.
The first time I followed the recipe but it was too watery, the second time I put about 8 oz of castille soap and its much better. I guess its ok to add more.
Jeremiah, I did expresso style also. My hair doesn’t feel oily, how many drops of oil did you put? I put about a 100 of 4 different oils.
