We do this every weekend ( rain or shine ), and when we are done it is a miracle and ecstatic feeling to feel all of your emotional baggage leave you.

This outdoor therapy is totally free and is one of the most beneficial ways to get back your sanity and feeling of ecstasy.

What a meditation for you and your body and mind.

Leave you cell phone behind and go out in nature and feel the power of nature in its fullest potentials. WOW!

We went on a 5 mile hike each way a total of 10 miles back and forth, grounding your way along the way.

This is the best way to reset the body and mind, and again it costs nothing to do this therapy.

Give it a try and see the power of grounding yourself with bare foot walking.

Have fun listening to a couple of “knuckleheads” talk about grounding and healing through the magnetic energy of the Earth.
