Taima Titanium
You may have seen Dr. Robert Cassar appear in advertisements from a company called "Taima Titanium Cutting Boards", supposedly promoting the purchase of these products - this is false!
Around July 18th, 2024 we started seeing ads for a company called "Taima Titanium" which unlawfully used content from a video by Dr. Robert Cassar called "Removing Toxicity And Mold From Your Kitchen Cutting Board | Tip Of The Day".
We were shocked because Dr. Robert had not given the Taima Titanium company permission or consent to use his content.
Therefore use without consent is an unlawful use of Dr. Robert’s name and likeness without consent. Further, the content acts to libel Dr. Robert and put him in a false light, because the representation in the ad goes contrary to Dr. Cassar’s opinions.
Even more, Dr. Cassar's content is protected under the copyright laws, and without consent Taima Titanium company is violating the copyright laws of the United States and internationally by treaties designed to prevent such misuse and abuse of the law.
Last, The Taima Titanium ad seemingly altered his voice using AI in order to make it sound as if Dr. Robert Cassar was encouraging viewers to purchase the Taima Titanium Cutting Board, which he has never said.
DR. ROBERT CASSAR STRONGLY OPPOSES THE USE OF TITANIUM CUTTING BOARDS.

This is the original video called "Removing Toxicity And Mold From Your Kitchen Cutting Board | Tip Of The Day".
As you can see Dr. Robert does not mention anything about Titanium Cutting Boards or Taima Titanium.
But Taima Titanium used AI to mimic his voice so it sounds as if he is promoting/endorsing Taima Titanium.

Their business phone goes dead when we tried to call it as well, which makes us assume it is not a legit phone number.
