This is where our 85% of our immune systems live and thrive.

I usually add Organic Liquid Stevia on top with 1 – 2 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast or any other hot sauces you may want to add to the flavor that you like.
The first recipe is to support removing some of the toxicity we all have in our intestines we accumulated from Pesticides, Heavy Metals, Parasites, Plastic, Intestinal Plaque and Old Toxic Food etc.
The second recipe is for naturally rebuilding the Intestinal Flora.

How long do can the fruit stay in the jar before it goes bad?
The live ferments if they are made correctly and stored correctly they should last indefinitely.
If they turn a black color on top of the ferment that is mold or if the top is not on tightly then tiny insects get in and most likely they will not be good or appetizing then.
If I do notice an black most on the rim or top of the ferment … remove it. Usually that means a bug or something infected the ferments very top of the jar.
I usually just spoon it out and the rest of the ferment is great. The mold will only grow on the top of the ferment where the liquid meets the air of the jar.
Make sure you use a tight seal on the Mason jar. We have the BPS free tops links in our recommended products list under kitchen and appliances.
They flavor or acidity will become stronger in time and may also get a white powdery bacteria substance that grows on the top of the ferment … that is the good stuff so dont throw that away.
I call the white powder on the top of the ferment live medicine and of course it can and should be eaten to add to the good bacteria back into mouth and the gut. On the old ferments you can add a spoon or two to a new salad … or to hummus – side dish … or to another ferment for the starter bacteria.
