    To Dr. Cassar, ALOHA OHANA (family) 🙂 BROKE MY FAST after 15 hrs, which is 3 hrs earlier than normal.     Haven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂
