Hi! I have a portable steam sauna, will that be sufficient for me for at least the short term? I pump ozone and essential oils into it. I have had a FIR sauna in the past, but need to save up for another.

Hi there,
Had a couple questions about the probiotic brews.1 – Does adding fruit to the brew ( lets say a pineapple ) change the taste of the brew in any way? Or is it just an additional source of sugar for the bacteria?
2 – Can you add Limes and Lemons to the brew? Is the acid in them harmful to the bacteria?
