(Day 1, 2nd course. 1st was 14 days, intermittent) I had electrical energy, felt happy, aware, sociable, got out of the house and into nature, and completed things done I’ve been meaning to do for 7 days. I wish I had skipped supper.

Starting my second water fast after 7 days of eating. Even though I normally don’t have breakfast anyway, I am almost shaking! I think my parasites know and are freaking out!

Would a Quartz (as opposed to citrine or amethyst) crystal necklace work as well, or would that kind of crystal turn me into an AM/FM radio? Does it have to be in a natural shape to work to scatter the waves? Would Aquamarine work? My ears are singing right now and I will try practically anything. I have tried wearing a magnet in my pocket.

Should ferments make my stomach gurgle and hurt a bit? I am lactose intolerant but didn’t use any in the ferments except a little juice from yogurt. Maybe too much of a good thing? On my first day of water fasting I was eating sweet relish from the store. That didn’t bother me.

Here is my recipe for “magnet water.” I guess it makes it more alkaline which the body likes, and it is sparkling clear. We have well water (140 ft. deep) and a whole house salt filtration system.
