Working this morning – but this afternoon I’ll get back into the sauna!

I discovered that using ph 9.5 water to make probiotic brew does not work… lol. New this morning is that my far infrared sauna arrives!!! Yay.

Going to get a glass jar and begin my first batch of probiotic drink.

Alkaline water – Oh my gosh, I have never done anything that had such a massive impact on my health.
