I am trying to make Kahlua in a jar. Right now it smells like chocolate beer. o.O Maybe I should add a probiotic to it? I may have just wasted some coffee, sugar, molasses, vanilla, yeast and caramel. Yeast is a no-no. Didn’t add vodka. Like my grandfather used to say, Live and Learn, Die and Forget it all. HA. I guess you have to make the rum and vodka separately but I get ahead of myself. Seriously, maybe you could make a ferment out of molasses and sugar. Or Honey. Fermented tea is called Kambucha which my spell checker is trying to change to Kampuchea. What would fermented coffee be? Probably Kahlua.
