If you are hungry on a water fast, have a large spoon of coconut oil and some ferment. If you haven’t made it yet, have some relish. I used sweet. Watch Dr. Cassar’s videos on making ferments. They pack a punch. Sometimes they ARE a punch. My bitter orange one tastes like Grand Marnier. And they will clean you up.

Well, I had my own recipe for RABBIT SALAD (WITH A HARD BOILED EGG ON THE SIDE) and EARTHER FLAX CRACKERS for early supper and later, a small bowl of my THAI CURRY AND RICE (RECIPE POSTED) using boiled eggs instead of chicken. Not too bad but next time, I’ll eat the egg separately. I ran out of the canned curry paste so I made my own and wow, it was so fresh and good! These are the…Read More

TODAY, I am making some more of those delicious FLAX SEED crackers that Dr. Cassar makes. I add Caraway seed to the regular recipe, not the Superfood version with the added ingredients and seaweeds. Because I don’t have a dehydrator and leaving them in an oven for 3 days on off and low WON’T WORK TRUST ME, I will pour them into circles and bake them on both sides. That makes them Pita…Read More

Here is another favorite recipe for THAI CURRY CHICKEN without the CHICKEN. It comes from a restaurant that used to be in Destin, Florida called “Thai Delights”.
Simmer and steam (or Marinate Overnight, if RAW, add some fulvic acid or rice wine vinegar to soften) in coconut butter or olive oil (olive oil adds some color to imitate chicken), and water: cooked chicken (or make dish tas…Read MoreAthena Creamer posted an update in the group Dr. Robert Cassar 7 years, 7 months ago
Haven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂

I came here to find out about Morgellon’s disease and watched 2 spa videos on the subject of getting rid of all parasites. I was hooked! My first step was to devour all the videos that I could that first night, then to make up my mind that the next day I was going to start water fasting. Meanwhile I made my version of the skin cleanser and bought some organic coconut oil and cocoa butter…Read More

Athena’s Red Beans and Rice~ Bear in mind I cook this, but I’m trying to adapt for a raw diet here and HAVE NOT TRIED the alternative! (could the RAW CHEF do that?)
Soak 1 lb. dried red kidney beans overnight or boil in 12 c. waterfor 1 hr., let set for 1 hr., and cook for about 1 hr. or until soft(I put 2 aspirins in the water to soften quicker because I don’t have my fulvic acid) 2 c…Read MoreSylvia Crisler joined the group Original Healthy Recipes 7 years, 7 months ago

Dr. Cassar, ARE THESE NUMBERS BAD? Android Users! I found Ultimate EMP Detector, a free App on Google Play. My side of the bed with the 1990 LED Stereo clock radio is 86 microTeslas. Husband’s side with 2 chargers, Smart phone, and a LED clock is 120. The WIFI box is at 130. The highest reading in the house is right between the Smart Refrigerator and Normal Oven and aimed toward the W…Read More

My meatloaf recipe, done Earther style: Vegen: Instead of 1 lb. hamburger I used navy beans and the carrots I cooked in them, black beans (or dark red kidney beans), green peas. (These could actually be all cooked together or soaked together using fulvic acid to soften them). In a bowl mix 1/3 c.Dr. Cassar’s tomato Catsup, 1 T. Worchestershire sauce, 1/4 c. Red onion, 2 T. Green bell…Read More

I would like to say that Dr. Cassar is probably one of the kindest persons I have ever “met.”
