I have heard Dr. Cassar say more than once to never, never have wine with dinner. Is the problem the wine (and its yeast) or the combination of it with food? Mahalo!

FASTING”TORTILLA” SOUP (Mostly water, meatless, and with optional Chick Peas for protein) A good tomato broth when fasting.)
In 2 T. COCONUT OIL plus 2 T. BLACK OLIVE BRINE (or ORGANIC OLIVE OIL )
Saute:
1/8 C. RED ONION
2 cloves minced GARLIC (or omit)

To Dr. Cassar, ALOHA OHANA (family) 🙂 BROKE MY FAST after 15 hrs, which is 3 hrs earlier than normal. Dear Dr. Cassar, Aloha, I have been very depressed lately. I mean bottom of the barrel, underwater, can’t get out of my own way. My biorhythms are all down in every category at the same time, too. Well, I had my own recipe for RABBIT SALAD (WITH A HARD BOILED EGG ON THE SIDE) and EARTHER FLAX CRACKERS for early supper and later, a small bowl of my THAI CURRY AND RICE (RECIPE POSTED) using boiled eggs instead of chicken. TODAY, I am making some more of those delicious FLAX SEED crackers that Dr. Cassar makes. I add Caraway seed to the regular recipe, not the Superfood version with the added ingredients and seaweeds.
