Dr. Robert Cassar 11 years, 2 months agoI’m going to have to agree with David. Typically you just want to drink at least one ounce of liquid per lb of body weight. I switch it up all the time between the yerba mate, plain distiller water, hibiscus, blue green algae, and kombucha. Basically, just as much liquid as I can drink or at least remember to drink during the day 😛
