I created the basic recipe of:
4 oz of Pure Coconut Soap (I use Dr. Bronner’s)
3-4 oz of Light Roast Strong Brewed Organic Coffee

I would like to mention i’ve been vegetarian for over 1 and a half years now and vegan sense early November. Today was the first time in my life that i’ve fasted.
