Water Fasting 8 years, 7 months agoALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. (Pretty salty but that’s good because I won’t be flowing too much.) Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 7 months agoHaven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂

Probiotic Drink 8 years, 7 months agoThe Orange/Bitter Orange (Kumquat) ferment is my favorite. The coconut/banana one just doesn’t appeal so I am not taking any. Not enough banana. I used a frozen piece that wasn’t ripe yet. Rather than starting over, I will buy a bunch of bananas, let them ripen, pour out some of the water, peel, and add about 3 whole ones to the jar.
