Sauna tactics 9 years, 7 months agoI used the sauna for gwashing on Saturday, and again on Sunday. My skin was SO tingly. It was UNFREAKINGBELIVABLE. I had just joined on Friday and spent the day absorbing videos. I have a beer belly that has bedeviled me for 3 years.
