I dont understand the 21 days on and 7 days off thing. I am coming off of a standard american diet and need some advice on how to get started. Thanks!

I have a distiller on the way and thought of making six liquids of vitality to begin. I dont understand the 21 days on 7 days off thing.

Long Term Terrain Modification 10 years, 10 months agoHow does one stop doing something they did before they were born??? I am talking about BREAD. What a drug, A drug for the masses, and one of the hardest to let go of for me that is. Dead empty skeletonised calories, it makes me sick. But that white fluffy powder finds its way back into to me again and again. GRRRR
