In 2 T. COCONUT OIL plus 2 T. BLACK OLIVE BRINE (or ORGANIC OLIVE OIL )
Saute:
1/8 C. RED ONION
2 cloves minced GARLIC (or omit)

WATER 8 years, 7 months agoALOHA! OK. Yesterday was unusual. FASTED in the morning (2 crackers, water, black coffee, medications) and then went to a FUNERAL. Water Fasting 8 years, 7 months agoALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. (Pretty salty but that’s good because I won’t be flowing too much.) I add Caraway seed to the regular recipe, not the Superfood version with the added ingredients and seaweeds.
