Water Fasting 7 years, 8 months agoStarting my second water fast after 7 days of eating. Even though I normally don’t have breakfast anyway, I am almost shaking! I think my parasites know and are freaking out!

Original Healthy Recipes 7 years, 9 months agoHere is my recipe for “magnet water.” I guess it makes it more alkaline which the body likes, and it is sparkling clear. We have well water (140 ft. deep) and a whole house salt filtration system. The water still has the metallic flavor of “keys” (as my baby used to say. Remember that flavor from childhood?) Sauna tactics 7 years, 9 months agoI don’t have a Sauna. I will have to look into local hotels that offer spa memberships. Maybe see how much they cost to buy or for my husband to build. This will take time. Being a slightly impatient do it myselfer, however, I initially thought I can steam the bathroom and use a heater, BUT the wallpaper will peel off! Not good. Original Healthy Recipes 7 years, 9 months ago(I am moving this from my initial posting when I joined). 🙂 Today I started some flax crackers and a banana ferment. I don’t have a food dehydrator. Wondering if I can keep the oven on low and keep turning it off for 5 hrs? I’ll have to see how much they cost and get one.
