Does anyone know the cause of tiny red moles filled with blood.?They are mainly on my torso. I just finished a 21 day water fast and three days of light veggies and am doing the 3 day colon cleanse. I ordered the ingredients to begin the alcohol cleansing and have been applying the live silica, magnesium, with coconut oil for almost 2 weeks. Which is great.

Newbie…tried to make a ferment…it rotted so now Im back to just making cabbage and salt ferments..watched a lot of videos…but still lost…what a waist of time and ingredients.
